Delete my account
You can delete your Sweliv account, and every piece of data attached to it, at any time: from the app or by email.
Option 1: from the app (immediate)
- Open Sweliv and go to your Profile.
- Open Account → Info.
- At the very bottom, tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Deletion is permanent: it cannot be undone, and your activities cannot be restored.
Option 2: by email (without the app)
Write to privacy@sweliv.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We handle the request within 48 working hours, once we have verified your identity.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, username, picture, date of birth, weight) and your sign-in credentials.
- All your activities: GPS tracks, statistics, heart-rate data and sensor data.
- Your content: photos, videos, posts, stories, comments, messages, reactions.
- Your groups, follows, notifications and preferences.
Everything is erased within 30 days, the time the deletion needs to propagate to our sub-processors (hosting, chat, crash reports), unless the law requires us to keep it. No data is kept for commercial purposes after deletion.
