Terms of Use

By downloading and using the Sweliv application (“the App”), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Sweliv is a social application dedicated to sports activities. It lets you create groups, chat with other members, plan and share your sports sessions, and access training programs generated by artificial intelligence.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The information provided at registration must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

You remain the owner of the content you publish (messages, photos, activity descriptions). By publishing it, you grant Sweliv a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to display it in the App to authorized members.

You undertake not to publish content that is:

• illegal, defamatory, abusive or harassing;
• sexually explicit or violent in nature;
• inciting hatred or discrimination;
• promoting dangerous or illegal activities;
• infringing the rights of others (image rights, intellectual property, privacy).

Sweliv reserves the right to moderate, suspend or remove any content that breaches these terms, without notice. Any user can report a message or block another user from within the App (long-press on a message → “Report” or “Block”). Reports are handled within 24 working hours.

Sweliv offers a paid “Premium” subscription that unlocks the following features:

• creation of discoverable public groups;
• direct conversations (DMs) between members;
• AI generator of training programs;
• advanced analysis of your performance.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless it is cancelled at least 24h before the renewal date. Management (cancellation, changes) is done directly from the iOS Settings, “Subscriptions” section. No refund is granted for a period that has been partially used, except where the law requires it.

Sweliv is a tracking and social sharing tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing an intense physical activity. The programs generated by AI are informative suggestions, to be adapted to your physical condition. You use the App at your own risk.

During an active session, the App records and shares your GPS location with the members of the groups you choose to share with. You can disable this sharing at any time in the group settings (“Share my activity”) or revoke the location permission from the iOS Settings.

Sweliv is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the App, including (but not limited to): loss of data, injuries linked to a physical activity, social interactions between users, or temporary unavailability of the service.

We may change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. By continuing to use Sweliv after a change, you accept the new terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Info → “Delete my account”. This action is final and results in the deletion of all your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Sweliv's registered office is located.
