Le M démarre à 13 h 30 : deux boucles de nage de 750 m avec une sortie australienne de 150 m, trois tours de vélo pour 40 km et trois tours à pied d’environ 3,3 km pour 10 km annoncés. Le GPX à pied représente un seul tour à répéter trois fois. Tarif : 64 € licencié, 74 € non-licencié.
