Sweliv is a social sports app. You record your sessions (running, cycling, gym, tennis, padel, swimming, triathlon), share them live with your groups and your friends, and chat with them in the app. Sweliv is available on iPhone and Android, with an Apple Watch app.

You can sign in with your Apple account, your Google account or your email. Trouble signing in? Check your internet connection, then try again. If the problem persists, write to us at support@sweliv.com and tell us which sign-in method you used.

You subscribe to Premium directly in the app. Billing and renewals are handled by Apple through your Apple account.

• Manage or cancel your subscription: iOS Settings → your name (at the top) → Subscriptions → Sweliv → Cancel.
• Restore a purchase (new phone): in the app, open the Premium screen, then tap “Restore my purchases”.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can delete your account and all your data straight from the app: Profile → Account → Info → “Delete my account”. Deletion is permanent; all the associated data is erased within 30 days.

Sweliv has zero tolerance for abusive content. You can:

• report a post, a comment or a message from the “⋯” menu or the report icon;
• block a user from their profile;
• write to us at support@sweliv.com for anything urgent.

Every report is reviewed; content that breaks our rules is taken down within 24 hours.

App crashing, GPS drifting, heart rate missing? Start by checking the permissions (iOS Settings → Sweliv: Location, Bluetooth, Health, Notifications). If the problem persists, send us your iPhone model, your iOS version and a description at support@sweliv.com.
